2. What this site is
This site is an informational presentation of Cross Data's External Strategic Intelligence (ESI) practice. Nothing on it is a binding offer or a contract for services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Cross Data; these Terms cover only your use of the website.
3. Not professional or investment advice
The content here — including the ESI methodology, the Pattern Library, the glossary, the Forecast Register, and the Public ESI Applications — is general information, not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. The Public Applications read publicly observable companies from public information for illustration only; they are not investment advice and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the companies discussed. Do not act on anything here without taking your own advice for your own situation.
4. Intellectual property
The site and its contents — the design, text, graphics, and the categorical language of the practice (including "External Strategic Intelligence", the "Pattern Library", and related named terms) — are owned by Cross Data or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell, or build derivative works from a substantial part of it without our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and in good faith. Do not attempt to breach its security, scrape it at scale, disrupt or overload it, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.
6. Third-party links
The site links to external destinations (for example LinkedIn, third-party AI assistants, and cited public sources). We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Following them is at your own discretion.

We work to keep the content evidence-disciplined and current, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or complete.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
